DAY 27 - Suprisinly short

Up & away early today as we knew we had a climb to start with but as mentioned yesterday the climb was our easiest yet! as we had to get a lift in a pilot truck as they were doing road works up & over the hill.
We arrived in Colter Bay by 10am, we had though about the possibility of catching a shuttle to Jackson as this is the biggest town close to the Route that we would see for a while & had a couple of jobs that needed sorted.
So we went to the information center & enquired about shuttle services, it turned out there was one available for guests staying at the campground here so we went to enquire about that.
Long story short - the shuttle left early & we missed it by minutes & a very dark cloud descended over Scott!!
The day ended up being spent going for a lovely walk & enjoying the Teton Mountain Range view.
Out for dinner that night we decided to try the shuttle catching again in the morning.
